Write to [email protected] and a person will reply, usually within a day.
Email [email protected]. Tell us which device you use (Mac, iPhone or iPad), the version from Settings › About, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
Still keeps every note as a Markdown file in a folder you choose, usually in iCloud Drive. On iPhone and iPad, open Settings › Notes folder and pick the same folder your Mac uses to see the same notes.
On the Mac, Still Pro is bought through Polar and your licence key arrives by email. On iPhone and iPad it is an In-App Purchase; use Settings › Still Pro › Restore purchase on a new device. For refunds of App Store purchases, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
Locked notes use the same password on every device. If you forget it, use the recovery key you saved when you set the password. We can't recover it for you, because your password never leaves your devices.
